Client acknowledges that videography is a creative service and agrees to JPM Weddings LLC’s artistic style, editing techniques, and professional judgment. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
7. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to editing volume, seasonality, or unforeseen circumstances. Rush delivery is not guaranteed unless agreed to in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the event, including venue permissions, lighting conditions, and timeline coordination.
JPM Weddings LLC is not responsible for missed footage due to delays, restrictions, lighting limitations, guest interference, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Raw Footage
Raw footage is not included unless explicitly stated in the service agreement. If provided, raw footage is delivered unedited and without color correction or audio mixing.
10. Music Licensing
Music used in wedding films is licensed for personal use only. Online platforms may restrict playback or mute audio due to copyright policies.
11. Force Majeure
JPM Weddings LLC shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, injury, equipment failure, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or emergencies.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, films, and materials are the intellectual property of JPM Weddings LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
